南市遠距照護計畫 議員質疑功能陽春且使用率偏低
台南市遠距健康照護服務計畫，衛生局網站完全查不到資訊。市議員陳怡珍說，相較於高雄市的遠距健康照護網站一目了然、服務周到，據點裡的客服人員會提醒生理量測數據有異常的民眾，做健康諮詢、緊急就醫協助，台南市的遠距健康照護服務實在非常陽春。
陳怡珍指出，目前台南市的社區健康小站共有近300站，服務申請近3萬人，累計有使用兩次以上的固定使用者僅佔近３成，使用率偏低，有里長表示很多站根本無人使用，讓人質疑此舉僅為了衝發卡量數字，台南市的遠距健康照護服務計畫實在有非常大進步的空間，衛生局應實質提昇使用人數及提供更多元的服務。
陳怡珍表示， 10/1公費流感疫苗開打，50歲以上成人可以博客來施打，衛生局網站雖有全部施打地點的清冊，但在許多衛生所的網站卻查不到相關資訊，衛生局應馬上改進，方便市民朋友查詢。
